Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle, nurturing lens.

As private practitioner, my bespoke practice encompasses distinct care for special need children, teens, young adults, adults, and seniors.

My psychosomatic approach includes psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, humanistic, cognitive behavioral (CBT) and other effectively proven evidence-based methods providing an integrationist approach to work with each client on a bespoke basis.

Specializing in the assessment and counselling on a diverse range of conditions including compulsions, children with selective mutism, and Asperger syndromes (AS). Offering counselling for parenting, custody evaluation, and for the LGBTQ+ community.

Socioeconomic impact due to the COVID-19 pandemic impositions resulting in anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, and work/life balance will receive personable and effective psychosomatic therapeutic treatment.

That said, marriage/relationship counselling remains a major aspect of my practice at assisting couples facing challenges or trouble at different stages of their relationship in particular current times of quarantines, lockdowns, and homebound studying/work measures, to make behavioral changes be it in married, cohabiting or unmarried status.

Last but not least, clinical hypnosis is another adopted scientifically proven therapy that can assists with addictions, anxieties, phobias, sleep disturbances and weight loss. I also teach my clients 'self-hypnosis' where they gain the tools to successfully manage their own issues.
